WORKSHOPTERMINE 18.10.2008workshop beim Gesundheitsfestival Leipzig Information Would you like to learn how to play the SoundStone? Do you think this method of discovering music could be of great importance in your life? After working with SoundStones for years, we have thought about what might lead you to play the SoundStone using our method. The following list may be of help. Ten reasons to play a SoundStone: 1. To experience the basics of music making, and composition with fundamental laws. 2. To discover, experience and develop the sensory experience Haptik, which deals with information that is perceived through the hands. 3. To discover, experience and develop an empathy with a material which normally conveys a different meaning. The key word is Ecology of Sound. 4. To develop a global form of communication since stone is found throughout the world, making the development of SoundStone music possible everywhere. 5. Everyone can learn how to play the SoundStone. There are no prerequisites in terms of former instruction, talent or social origins. 6. Simultaneously and independently, several people can play a single SoundStone, making it an ideal communicative instrument. 7. The SoundStone transfers potentially great energy into the body in the form of sound and music vibrations .This energy is many times greater than that transferred through traditional instruments. 8. Die effects of the SoundStone´s sounds are so intensive, that therapeutic applications seem most possible, expanding the SoundStone`s sphere of activity. 9. There are areas of the hand which are defined in reflex zone systems. These areas are stimulated by the vibrations while playing the SoundStone and beyond. 10. Playing the SoundStone leads into a new paradigm. The relationship to sound and tone changes completely; thinking in musical categories and hierarchies is no longer applicable. If you are interested, and we imagine you are, we would like to hear from you. We can then make an appointment with you and show you where it is possible to learn more about this music and playing it. E-Mail: management@klangsteine.com |
